Where the Code of Ethics is concerned, Renewing Members are those that joined prior to the current COE term. For C7 - which lasts from 2022 through 2024 - that is any member with a Join Date prior to 2022.
New Members - those that joined in 2022 and after - are not part of the ongoing 3 year requirement. Instead, they take the Code of Ethics as part of their New Member Orientation. Because each association has different timing for their orientation, there is no Code of Ethics compliance report for new members.
If you do see a New Member on your reports, please verify if the member's Join Date is correct. New Members are filtered from the reports based on their Join Date in their member record. If their Join Date is prior to 2022.
