There are three common causes of this: the Due Date of the billing email; your Dues not being released in Preferences; or improper Fee setup relating to Member Type & Subclass
---
On the Request Billing Notice screen, there is a field for "Due Date".
This field must be set for a date that is later than any fees that you are billing for.
For instance, if your fees are due 01/01/2025, you would need to set the date on the Billing Notice request to later than 01/01/2025.
As a "catch all" date, I would recommend setting this date for 03/01/2025.

On the Preferences Menu, you'll see two dropdown boxes side-by-side.
In order for your Billing Notice email to be sent, and to have your members pay at all, you'll need to make sure the desired Billing Year is picked on the "Release Bills to Members" dropdown.
Note; if your desired billing year is on the "Release for M1 Dues Payment Entry Only" side, you will need to remove it before it can be added to the "Release Bills to Members" side.
Once done, click Update at the bottom.
Note: if "update" is greyed out, please make sure all required settings on this page are filled in with valid information - including in the "Online Settings" section.

If your fees have been set up improperly regarding Member Types and Subclasses, members may not receive a billing notice or may not show any fees owed at all.
At the bottom of the fee detail page - viewable by going to your Financial Worksheet and going to View/Edit for the fee - you should see the member types & subclasses billed.
Note: if a fee is meant to apply to all members of a given type (e.g., REALTOR), then no subclass is needed. However, if you are using subclasses to exclude certain members from a fee, you must make sure your applicable members have the right Type & Subclass combination dictated on the fee.
You can double-check individual members by going to M1, pulling up their record, and going to Additional Information where you'll see the Subclass Field.
For secondaries, the subclass is located within their Secondary record.
